1. "W/Ai Platform User Service Agreement"

1. Service Description

W/Ai (domain name wai-site.pages.dev, hereinafter referred to as "this platform") is a self-exploration and AI-ready notes generation tool for Chinese users around the world. It provides digital content services such as 4 major categories of psychological assessment portraits, in-depth report analysis, and structured AI prompt corpus export. This platform is an overseas deployment site and does not involve ICP filing in mainland China. The service provider is Wai Lab (W/Ai operation team).

2. Account registration and use

• you canguest modeDirectly experience the evaluation, and you can view the free preview results after completion; you need to register and log in to unlock the full report, copy the AI-ready notes, and save the progress in the cloud.
• When registering an account, please provide your real email/mobile phone number, and keep your account password. This platform will not be held responsible if your account is stolen due to your personal reasons.
• This platformNot intended for minors under 14 years of ageProvide services; if you are under 18 years old, please use it with the knowledge and consent of your guardian.

3. Payment and Orders

• The price of digital products on this platform is subject to the real-time display on the page (switch currency by region). The payment channel is uniformly accepted by LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record, MoR). It supports local payment methods such as Alipay/WeChat Pay in Mainland China, FPS in Hong Kong, Apple Pay/PayPal in the United States, PayPay in Japan, and Kakao Pay in South Korea.
• After successful payment, the platform will immediately unlock the corresponding evaluation report/package for you (single set/all three sets unlocked/VIP permanent). The unlocking status is bound to your account and is valid across devices.

4. User Code of Conduct

You promise not to use this platform to engage in the following behaviors:

1. Violate public order and good morals, publish illegal or infringing content;
2. Batch crawl, decompile, crack paywalls or attack platform interfaces;
3. Use AI-ready notes to generate and spread harmful, discriminatory, inflammatory or fraudulent content;
4. Steal other people's accounts or forge identities.

If the above violations occur, this platform has the right to immediately ban the account and reserves the right of recourse.

5. Disclaimer

• W/Ai evaluation results are based on psychological scale theory and behavioral preference model output, and are forSelf-exploration reference, does not constitute any medical, psychological diagnosis, career planning or legal advice.
• If you have severe psychological distress, please seek help from a professional licensed psychological counselor or hospital psychiatric department.
• If the platform's service is interrupted due to force majeure (network interruption, third-party service failure, etc.), it will not be liable for breach of contract, but will restore it as soon as possible and notify you.

6. Modification and termination of agreement

This platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time; after modification, the "Last Updated" date will be updated on this page and take effect. Your continued use shall be deemed acceptance of the new agreement. You may terminate this Agreement by logging out of your account at any time (see "Application to Delete Personal Data" below).

❌ We are clearDo not collect：ID number, real name, mobile phone address book, photo album, GPS precise positioning, bank card number. The payment process is fully hosted by LemonSqueezy, and your payment card number/password does not pass through our servers.

2. How we use data

3. Data sharing with third parties

We only share data within the following scope and require all third parties to sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA):

1. Cloudflare Inc.(United States): Static hosting, CDN, DDoS protection (IP only has 7 days of access logs);
2. Supabase Inc.(AWS Seoul computer room, USA): database + edge function (row-level security RLS isolation, only you can read your own data);
3. Lemon Squeezy Ltd.(UK): MoR Payment Processing, Tax & Compliance (order information used for invoicing refunds).

4. Cross-border transmission mechanism

Your personal data will be transferred from your region to Supabase's Seoul, South Korea computer room and LemonSqueezy UK server. This platform uses SCCs (EU Standard Contractual Clauses) + AES-256 static encryption as a transmission safeguard.

🍪 This platform does not use any third-party tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.), nor does it do advertising or cross-site behavior tracking.

2. How to close

You can delete all cookies and local storage of wai-site.pages.dev at any time through browser settings → Privacy/Site Data →; guest mode and non-logged-in functions can still be used (only the progress is not saved).

4. 📮 Apply to delete personal data/cancel account

You have full control over your personal data:

1. Clear the local cache with one click:Browser DevTools → Application → Clear Storage → One-click clear (only affects the local device of the current device, not the synchronized data in the cloud).
2. Apply to cancel account + delete all cloud data:Send email to 752006261@qq.com, subject marked "[Data deletion request] W/Ai account: your email”, attach proof of ownership of your registered email address (sending emails from this email address is considered proof). we will be at Within 3 working daysPermanently delete all data in your user_profiles, quiz_progress, and results tables, and reply to you via email that you have completed it.
3. Exceptions:Financial order records (orders table) need to be retained for 7 years due to tax laws. Deletion application will not affect this part of the legally required data.
